The solution manages both in-person and remote recordings. All common digital court recording formats including FTR, JAVS, Liberty and CourtSmart can be processed and made available in a standard, multi-channel streaming format.  TheRecordXchange Enterprise also manages remote recordings from Zoom, WebEx, Teams and others. Once transported to the cloud, recordings are processed for streaming playback while retaining the original number of audio channels and video streams. TRX Gateway Jurisdiction

TRX Gateway clients around the country have made it easy for you to request a certified transcript or court recording. Each client jurisdiction offers a customized Gateway portal. The jurisdictions determine pricing for transcript and recordings, assign transcription to qualified transcribers, and impose jurisdiction specific terms and conditions regarding the release of the requested record.

If you do not already have an account in TheRecordXchange, you can proceed with your request and prior to final submission you will have the opportunity to create your account. Additional information about specific policies and pricing will be provided on the request form. You will have the opportunity to communicate with the court and transcription provider from the request you submit. You will be notified when your request is submitted successfully, when it is complete, and when any other activity occurs on your request.
